Das vorliegende Protokoll beschreibt eine verbesserte Methode zur Erhöhung der Koexpression von PDX1- und NKX6.1-Transkriptionsfaktoren in Pankreas-Vorläuferzellen aus humanen pluripotenten Stammzellen (hPS-Zellen) in planaren Monoschichten.
