Ein Verfahren zur Foto-Verkapselung von Zellen in einer vernetzten PEG-Hydrogel beschrieben. Hypoxische Signalisierung innerhalb gekapselt murine Insulinom (MIN6) Aggregate verfolgt wird mit einem fluoreszierenden Marker-System. Dieses System ermöglicht serielle Untersuchung von Zellen in einem Hydrogel Gerüst und Korrelation von hypoxischen Signalisierung mit Veränderungen in der Zelle Phänotyp.
