L'ipersensibilità da contatto (CHS) è un modello sperimentale murino di dermatite allergica da contatto (ACD). ChS si basa sulla sensibilizzazione con hapten reattivo dipingendo la pelle rasata del torace e dell'addome, con una successiva sfida della pelle dell'orecchio con un hapten diluito, causando una reazione di gonfiore che viene valutata in vari modi.
