L’incidence croissante de Candida albicans résistant aux médicaments est un grave problème de santé dans le monde entier. La thérapie photodynamique antimicrobienne (TDA) peut offrir une stratégie pour lutter contre les infections fongiques résistantes aux médicaments. Le présent protocole décrit l’efficacité de l’aPDT médiée par rose bengal sur une souche multirésistante de C. albicans in vitro.
