La tomografia micro-computerizzata a doppia colata di resina, o DUCT, consente la visualizzazione, la digitalizzazione e la segmentazione di due sistemi tubolari contemporaneamente per facilitare l'analisi 3D dell'architettura degli organi. DUCT combina l'iniezione ex vivo di due resine radiopace seguita dalla scansione tomografica micro-computerizzata e dalla segmentazione dei dati tomografici.
