Wir präsentieren ein Protokoll zur Isolierung, Kultur und adipogene Induktion von neuronalen Kamm abgeleiteten Adipose-abgeleiteten Stammzellen (NCADSCs) aus dem periaortischen Fettgewebe von Wnt-1 Cre+/-; Rosa26RFP/+ Mäuse. Die NCADSCs können eine leicht zugängliche Quelle von ADSCs zur Modellierung von Adipogenese oder Lipogenese in vitro sein.
