Wij presenteren een eenvoudige suppressor scherm protocol in kernsplijting gist. Deze methode is efficiënt, mutageen-vrije en selectieve voor mutaties die vaak bij een enkele genomic locus voorkomen. Het protocol is geschikt voor het isoleren van suppressors die verlichten van gebreken van de groei in vloeibare cultuur die worden veroorzaakt door een mutatie of een drug.
