Wir stellen einen neuartige Workflow für Elektronenmikroskopie Untersuchungen von Hirngewebe. Die Methode ermöglicht dem Benutzer, neuronale Funktionen auf unvoreingenommene Weise zu prüfen. Für die Elementaranalyse präsentieren wir auch eine Skript, die meisten des Workflows für randomisierte Stichprobe automatizes.
