Dieses Manuskript beschreibt die experimentelle Prozedur und Softwareanalyse für einen bidirektionalen Integrationsort-Assay, der gleichzeitig stromaufwärts und nachgeschaltete Vektor-Host-Junction-DNA analysieren kann. Bidirektionale PCR-Produkte können für jede nachgeschaltete Sequenzplattform eingesetzt werden.
