Das Ziel des vorliegenden Protokolls war es, eine Methode, die funktionelle Genomanalysen von Mastzellen Sekretion ermöglichen entwickeln wird. Das Protokoll basiert auf einer quantitativen Beurteilung der Freisetzung eines fluoreszierenden Reporter-Gen mit dem Gen von Interesse und den Echtzeit cotrasfected Analysen der sekretorischen Granula Morphologie.
