Kombiniert<em> In-vivo-</em> Optische und μCT Imaging-Infektion, Entzündung und Knochenanatomie in einem Orthopädie Implantat-Infektion in Mäuse Monitor
Kombinierte optische und μCT Bildgebung in einem Mausmodell der orthopädischen Implantatinfektion unter Verwendung eines Biolumineszenz-engineered Stamm von Staphylococcus aureus, sofern die Möglichkeit, die Dynamik der bakteriellen Infektion, sowie die entsprechende Entzündungsreaktion und anatomische Veränderungen in den nichtinvasiven und in Längsrichtung zu überwachen Knochen.
