Este artigo descreve uma técnica simples para induzir aloantígenos específicos de anergia em células mononucleares do sangue periférico. A técnica pode ser aplicada clinicamente para gerar células não-alorreativas doador. Infusão dessas células poderia melhorar a reconstituição imunológica e reduzir a toxicidade após o transplante alogênico de células-tronco hematopoiéticas.
