They are especially useful in documenting uneventful incidents, which may seem minor initially but can significantly impact patients' overall well-being. By maintaining detailed records of such incidents, healthcare agencies can identify potential areas of improvement, implement corrective measures, and prevent similar occurrences from happening in the future.
