Hier beschrijven we een protocol voor multiplex fluorescerende immunohistochemische kleuring en imaging voor de gelijktijdige localisatie van meerdere kanker-geassocieerde antigenen in lymfoom. Dit protocol kan worden uitgebreid tot de colocalization analyse van biomarkers binnen alle weefselsecties.
