Pendant le processus d'infection, une étape clé est l'adhésion des agents pathogènes avec les cellules hôtes. Dans la plupart des cas, cette étape d'adhésion a lieu en présence de contraintes mécaniques générées par l'écoulement liquide. Nous décrivons une technique qui introduit la contrainte de cisaillement comme un paramètre important dans l'étude de l'adhésion bactérienne.
