Dieses Protokoll zeigt sowohl die immunologische Synapsenbildung als auch den anschließenden polarisierten Sekretorischen Verkehr zur immunologischen Synapse. Zelluläre Konjugate wurden zwischen einer superantigen-gepulsten Raji-Zelle (als Antigen-präsentierende Zelle) und einem Jurkat-Klon (als Effektorhelfer T-Lymphozyten) gebildet.
