In deze studie beschrijven we een gedetailleerde procedure van TNBS-gemedieerde intestinale fibrose, die vergelijkbare pathofysiologie vertoont voor de fibrose van Crohn. We bespreken deze aanpak ook in het licht van rapamycine vergemakkelijkt remmende effecten op intestinale fibrose.
