Implantatie van een biograft myocardiaal infarct geïnduceerd door LAD ligatie in een knaagdier model behandelen conventioneel vereist twee open-hartoperaties. Om terug te dringen en de optimale omstandigheden voor fixatie van vaste en gelatineachtige biomatrices geassocieerd met cellen, hebben minimaal invasieve procedures ontwikkeld.
