الليستريا المستوحدة هو كائن نموذج لدراسة الاستجابات المناعية والقابلية الوراثية لبكتيريا الخلايا في الفئران. هذه الطريقة تمكن واحد لقياس الحمولة الجرثومية وتولد وحيدة الخلية تعليق الكبد والطحال من الفئران لتحليل نظام مراقبة الأصول الميدانية لتحديد التغييرات في الخلايا المناعية بسبب عدوى الليستيريا.
