Om neurale lijst stamcellen (NCSC) kweken in vitro, is een speciaal medium (NCSCM) vereist. Essentieel onderdeel van NCSCM is kippenembryo extract (CEE). We beschrijven hier accurate technieken om een maximale hoeveelheid van pure en hoge kwaliteit CEE, inclusief details zoals de isolatie, maceratie, centrifugeren en filtratie processen te produceren.
