Het huidige protocol beschrijft het zaaien en kleuren van neuronale mitochondriën in microfluïdische kamers. De vloeiende drukgradiënt in deze kamers maakt de selectieve behandeling van mitochondriën in axonen mogelijk om hun eigenschappen te analyseren als reactie op farmacologische uitdagingen zonder het cellichaamcompartiment te beïnvloeden.
