Hier presenteren we het protocol voor 3D-weefselkweek van de achterste lichaamsas van zebravissen, waardoor live studie van gewervelde segmentatie mogelijk is. Dit explantmodel biedt controle over de verlenging van de as, wijziging van morfogene bronnen en live beeldvorming op weefselniveau op subcellulair resolutieniveau.
