Dans la présente étude, les auteurs décrivent une méthode pour analyser le génotype C924T. Le protocole comprend trois phases : l’extraction d’ADN, amplification en chaîne par polymérase (PCR) et analyse du polymorphisme de longueur des fragments de restriction (RFLP) sur gel d’agarose.
