Nous décrivons une nouvelle méthode pour effectuer la réplication d'ADN par la réaction de polymérase en chaîne (PCR). Convection thermique est mise à profit pour les réactifs de navette continue entre dénaturation, d'hybridation et les conditions d'extension par le maintien des surfaces opposées du réacteur à température constante. Cette conception intrinsèquement simple, promet de faire rapidement PCR plus accessible.
