Hierin beschrijven we twee benaderingen om celpolarisatie gebeurtenissen in B-lymfocyten te karakteriseren tijdens de vorming van een IS. De eerste, omvat de kwantificering van organel recruitment en cytoskelet herschikkingen op het synaptische membraan. De tweede is een biochemische benadering, om veranderingen in de samenstelling van het zwaartepunt te karakteriseren, die polarisatie ondergaat op het immuunsysteem Synapse.
