Este informe describe un método bioingeniería para diseñar y construir nuevos factores de empalme artificiales (ASFS) que modulan específicamente el empalme de genes diana en células de mamífero. Este método se puede ampliar para diseñar diversos factores artificiales para manipular otros aspectos del metabolismo del RNA.
