Vi beskriver anvendelsen af ImageStream teknologi (<a href="http://www.amnis.com/" target="_blank"> Www.amnis.com</a>), Som kombinerer kvantitativ flowcytometri med samtidig høj opløsning digital billedbehandling, at kvantificere cellulære mekanismer primære immunceller fra veldefinerede patientgrupper.
