Kontakt overfølsomhet (CHS) er en murine eksperimentell modell av allergisk kontaktdermatitt (ACD). CHS er basert på sensibilisering med reaktiv hapten ved å male den barberte huden på brystet og magen, med en påfølgende ørehudutfordring med en fortynnet hapten, noe som forårsaker en hevelsesreaksjon som vurderes på forskjellige måter.
