Wir haben ein holographisches Zwei-Photonen-Mikroskop entwickelt, das neuronale Aktivität mit hoher räumlich-zeitlicher Auflösung visualisieren, beurteilen und manipulieren kann, mit dem Ziel, die Pathogenese neuropsychiatrischer Erkrankungen aufzuklären, die mit abnormaler neuronaler Aktivität assoziiert sind.
