Wir beschreiben optimierte Werkzeuge zur Untersuchung des Zebrafischherzens in vivo mit Lichtblattfluoreszenzmikroskopie. Insbesondere schlagen wir helle kardiale transgene Linien vor und präsentieren neue sanfte Einbettungs- und Immobilisierungstechniken, die Entwicklungs- und Herzfehler vermeiden. Eine mögliche Datenerfassungs- und Analysepipeline, die an die kardiale Bildgebung angepasst ist, ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
