Les allergènes environnementaux tels que les acariens domestiques (HDM) contiennent souvent des substances microbiennes qui activent les réponses immunitaires innées pour réguler l’inflammation allergique. Le protocole présenté ici démontre l’identification des espèces de dsRNA dans les allergènes de HDM et la caractérisation de leurs activités immunogéniques en modulant l’inflammation des poumons éosinophiles.
