Wir präsentieren ein Protokoll zur Bewertung des Gleichgewichts zwischen Glutamatfreisetzung und Clearance bei einzelnen kortikostriatalen glutamatergen Synapsen in akuten Scheiben von erwachsenen Mäusen. Dieses Protokoll verwendet den Fluoreszenzsensor iGluu zur Glutamaterkennung, eine sCMOS-Kamera zur Signalerfassung und ein Gerät zur fokalen Laserbeleuchtung.
