אנו מתארים כאן שיטות לקוונפיקציה רגיש ומדויק של נגעים 8-אוקסו-7, 8-dihydro ידרו-2'-deoxyguanosine (8-oxodGuo), 1,n6-etheno-2'-deoxyadenosine (1,n6-דאדו) ו-1,N2- etheno-2'-deoxyguanosine (1,N2-dguo) ב-DNA. השיטות הוחלו על הערכת ההשפעות של חומר מקיף חלקיקי הסביבה (PM2.5) ברקמות (ריאות, כבד וכליות) של עכברים חשופים A/J.
