Dieses Protokoll beschreibt ein In-vitro-Batchkultur-Fermentationssystem menschlicher Fäkalienmikrobiota unter Verwendung von Inulin (einem bekannten Präbiotikum und einem der am häufigsten untersuchten Mikrobiotamodulatoren), um die Verwendung dieses Systems bei der Abschätzung der Interventionen auf fäkale Mikrobiota Zusammensetzung und metabolische Aktivitäten.
