Hier beschrijven we een protocol voor het uitvoeren van de cisterna magna cannulation (CMc), een minimaal invasieve manier om verklikstoffen, substraten en signalering moleculen in de cerebrospinale vloeistof (CSF). In combinatie met de verschillende beeldvormende modaliteiten, kan CMc glymphatic systeem en CSF dynamics beoordeling, zowel als hersenen bestrijkende levering van verschillende verbindingen.
