Dit protocol wordt beschreven hoe het gebruik van diffuse polarisatie spectroscopie de klinische bruikbaarheid van de capillary refill test kunt verbeteren. Wij stellen voor een meer gedetailleerde analyse van het verloop van de capillary refill bij gezonde vrijwilligers met behulp van diffuse reflectie spectroscopie video's en nieuwe informatic eindpunten.
