نقدم بروتوكول يجمع بين العزلة الخلية وكل خلية التصحيح المشبك تسجيل لقياس الخصائص الكهربائية للخلايا الظهارية فصلها الابتدائي من البربخ الذيل الفئران. هذا البروتوكول يسمح للتحقيق في الخصائص الوظيفية للخلايا الظهارية البربخ الابتدائي لمواصلة توضيح الدور الفسيولوجي للبربخ.
