Hoge resolutie respirometrie gekoppeld aan fluorescentiesensoren bepaalt mitochondriaal zuurstofverbruik en reactieve zuurstofsoorten (ROS) generatie. Het huidige protocol beschrijft een techniek om mitochondriale ademhalingssnelheden en ROS-productie in de gepermeabiliseerde heupzenuw te beoordelen.
