Hier presenteren we een geoptimaliseerd op-filter spijsverteringsprotocol met gedetailleerde informatie over het volgende: eiwitvertering, peptidezuivering en gegevensonafhankelijke acquisitieanalyse. Deze strategie wordt toegepast op de analyse van uitgedrukte prostaatsecreties-urinemonsters en maakt een hoge proteoomdekking en labelvrije profilering van het urine-proteoom met lage ontbrekende waarde mogelijk.
