In deze studie presenteren we een protocol voor het uitvoeren van twee-foton intravital beeldvorming en cel interactie analyse in de lymfkliertest tracheale mucosa na infectie met influenzavirus. Dit protocol is relevant voor onderzoekers bestuderen immuun cel dynamiek tijdens infecties van de luchtwegen.
