In dit artikel beschrijven we de volledige experimentele procedure te reconstrueren, met een hoge resolutie, de fijne hersenen anatomie van fluorescent gelabelde muis hersenen. De beschreven protocol bevat monstervoorbereiding en clearing, specimen montage voor imaging, data post-processing en multi-schaal visualisatie.
