Wir beschreiben ein kleines Molekül-basiertes Protokoll zur Differenzierung von embryonalen Stammzellen der Maus in Oligodendrozyten-Vorläuferzellen (OPC). Dieses Protokoll erzeugt Olig2 + NG2 + OPCs mit hohem Wirkungsgrad von 30 Tagen nach Differenzierung. Wir beschreiben eine Methode, die auf "Aufstocken" OPCs, dass Aktionspotentiale Feuer erzeugen kann.
