Questo documento confronta direttamente la risoluzione, la sensibilità e i contrasti di imaging dello scattering Raman stimolato (SRS) e dello scattering Raman anti-Stokes coerente (CARS) integrati nella stessa piattaforma del microscopio. I risultati mostrano che CARS ha una migliore risoluzione spaziale, SRS offre migliori contrasti e risoluzione spettrale ed entrambi i metodi hanno una sensibilità simile.
