Ein High-Throughput-, automatisierten Plattform zur Herstellung von Zelllinien-Entwicklung für die Herstellung von Protein-Therapeutika wird beschrieben. Implementierung von BD FACS Aria Cell Sorter hat CloneSelect Imager und Tecan Freedom EVO Liquid-Handling-System deutlich erhöht Verarbeitungskapazität in Zelllinien-Entwicklung mit verbesserten Zell-Linie Qualität und hohe Reproduzierbarkeit nachgewiesen.
