We ontwikkelden een holografische microscoop met twee fotonen die neurale activiteit kan visualiseren, beoordelen en manipuleren met behulp van een hoge spatiotemporale resolutie, met als doel de pathogenese van neuropsychiatrische stoornissen die geassocieerd zijn met abnormale neurale activiteit op te helderen.
