Eine CRISPR/SgRNA-Bibliothek wurde zur Vernehmung Protein-kodierenden Gene angewandt. Die Machbarkeit einer SgRNA Bibliothek um die Funktion einer CTCF Grenze in Genregulation zu entdecken bleibt jedoch unerforscht. Hier beschreiben wir eine HOX Loci spezifische SgRNA Bibliothek um die Funktion von CTCF Grenzen in HOX Loci zu erhellen.
