Hier präsentieren wir ein Protokoll für die Zubereitung von zwei verschiedenen Formen der Kultursubstrate nutzen Typ I Kollagen. Je nach mit Kollagen Umgang Kollagenmoleküle entweder zweidimensionale, nicht faserigen Form beibehalten oder wieder zusammenbauen in Fibrille Dreidimensionalität. Zellproliferation auf Typ I Kollagen ist drastisch Fibrille Bildung betroffen.
