Dit protocol geeft instructies voor directe observatie van radiaal migrerende corticale neuronen. Bij utero- elektroporatie, organotypische snijcultuur en tijdverlopen confocal beeldvorming worden gecombineerd om de effecten van overexpressie of downregulatie van genen die geïnteresseerd zijn in migrerende neuronen direct en dynamisch te bestuderen en hun differentiatie tijdens de ontwikkeling te analyseren.
