Lipides sont connus pour jouer un rôle important dans les fonctions cellulaires. Nous décrivons ici une méthode pour déterminer la composition lipidique des neutrophiles, en mettant l'accent sur le taux de cholestérol, en utilisant à la fois HPTLC et HPLC pour obtenir une meilleure compréhension des mécanismes sous-jacents de la formation de piège extracellulaire neutrophile.
