Dit protocol Details een monolayer, serum-vrije methode voor het efficiënt genereren van hepatocyte-achtige cellen van menselijke pluripotente stamcellen (hPSCs) in 18 dagen. Dit omvat zes stappen als hpscs sequentieel differentiëren in tussenliggende celtypen zoals de primitieve streak, definitieve endoderm, posterieure foregut en lever Bud voor ouders voor het vormen van hepatocyte-achtige cellen.
